“Am I good enough?”, ” Do I belong here?”, “Can I really do it?” All questions that have popped into our minds at least once in our lifetime, and if you are like us – questions that we continue to ask ourselves on a daily basis. Feelings of inadequacy sneak up on you when you are challenging yourself to do new things. Feelings of unworthiness & self doubt creep in when you spread yourself in new spaces that you’ve never been.
